We're celebrating women who change the world. Join us.

This year has been A LOT.

As we approach the shortest day of the year - we will not focus on darkness, but on the people and the actions that light the way to a better future.

Despite ongoing struggles for equity in the workplace and the boardroom (Forbes, McKinsey, The United Nations), women and girls continue to make strides (check out a *very* short list below).

How are women creating impact in their communities and around the globe?

✨Passion ✨ Expertise ✨Experience ✨Connection ✨Confidence

This is a reminder that you, YES YOU, are also passionate, knowledgeable, experienced, and connected. You have what it takes. Now is the time to decide how and where you will grow your impact.

Enter, Board of AdviseHERS.

BoA was created to support strong, ambitious, experienced women as you forge your paths to the boardroom in order to influence organizations across industries and in your communities.

Identify your why, your strengths, your personal brand and your network.

Establish concrete goals, action items, and accountability - led by certified coaches and seated board members and surrounded by like-minded women eager to help you succeed. Get more info here or set up time to chat 1:1!

Just a few women who truly inspire us:

Sanae Takaichi was elected as prime minister of Japan, becoming the first woman in history to helm the $4 trillion (GDP) nation.

✨Billionaire philanthropist MacKenzie Scott deployed some $700 million to support historically Black colleges and universities in the U.S.

✨Anthropic cofounder and president, Daniela Amodei, became a self-made billionaire as her company reached a $183 billion valuation—one of the few women holding both founding equity and executive authority in a frontier AI company.

Rowida Al-Sabbah has worked as a nutrition officer for the IRC working in Gaza. She was forced to flee her home as result of the conflict, but now works to treat and prevent malnutrition among young children and helps pregnant and lactating mothers

Koma Gandy, Navy veteran and founder, serves on the Executive Board of Women’s Elite Rugby — the first U.S. professional women’s rugby league — and on the Board of USA Rugby, under the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee ensuring access to athletes across the US.

We believe in the power of women.

Thank you for being part of our community.
